Care for All

In Utrecht, we believe it is important that everyone can live healthily, pleasantly and independently. If this is not possible, we are happy to help. We organise tailor-made care and assistance close by through neighbourhood teams, youth health care, schools, social brokers, general practitioners and specialists.

To ensure that everyone is receiving the necessary care in their own neighbourhood, collaboration is needed. Each neighbourhood has a strong social network in which community support teams, schools, social advocates, general practitioners and specialists know how to find one another. But not only care providers need to work together with one another; we also want to work with you and the people around you, such as unpaid informal carers and volunteers in the neighbourhood.
